Montgomery — An American Musical: NYC Equity Video Submissions

About this audition

PAID SHOWCASE EQUITY CONTRACT, NOT A WEEKLY SALARY: published Showcase-NY stipend $1,200 TOTAL per contract. Theatre Now New York seeks Equity singing/acting performers for musical Montgomery, with blues, gospel and rock-infused score, including Claudette Colvin and civil-rights figures. Submit headshot and résumé with role designation and performance links by October 26, 2026 as stated in the Equity notice. Selected actors may be invited to video or in-person appointments. The syndicated listing inconsistently says the possible appointment week is in 2027 while the 2026 production and submission dates are earlier; confirm actual callbacks with the producer. Independent public directories reproduce the same Equity notice, but no producer-specific direct submission deadline has been captured, so ANNOUNCED PENDING.
