About this audition
Producer is casting NYC street dancers ages 21+ (hip-hop, house, breaking, popping, krump, capoeira) for its theatrical production. Apply via producer audition form or dance reel by October 25, 11:59 PM. Selected applicants invited to an in-person NYC audition October 27; exact venue is emailed only to selected performers. Rehearsals weekly Tuesday evenings November through April, with two early-April showings. Compensation is a $250 TOTAL honorarium per project; NOT a weekly salary. Dance/NYC and a separate casting directory agree on date and amount. Published compensation: $250 PROJECT HONORARIUM, not weekly. Three current independent publisher domains corroborate the producer's deadline and audition call, with source capture hashes recorded.
